Dear Shareholder,

As mentioned in our summer newsletter the Board has been thinking about a method of rotating directorships - you will recall that all of the current directors were appointed simultaneously in November 2018. If we were to each serve the prescribed term the whole board would step down together in 2021. To avoid this situation occurring some members of the current board will either stand down or put themselves forward for re-election prior to 2021. Derek Broome is prepared to stand for re-election this year and Martin Fleming wishes to stand down in 2020. Martin would be willing to bring this forward to 2019 if a replacement comes forward.

If you would like to consider standing as a replacement for Martin, or as an alternative to Derek, please make contact by 30th August 2019 so that we can supply you with details of the timetable and process. We would like to complete the election in good time for the AGM in early November. It is not necessary to be a shareholder in order to serve as a director so please pass this on if you know somebody who might be interested.

Our next board meeting is in early September so please make contact if you want anything to be raised at that meeting or put forward as an agenda item for the AGM. We expect to organise another 'listening meeting' in autumn and will be in touch over the date and details of the AGM in due course.
